A new documentary called Hungry was just released, and it features several songs from the newest We Were Pirates album, 'Matter.' Hungry explores gender inequality in the world of food and restaurants. It showcases several female chefs including Dakota Weiss (owner of Sweetfin Poke & Estrella), Pink Delongpre (owner of Bacon & Brine), and Sarah Kirnon; who owns Miss Ollie’s in Oakland and is transitioning the restaurant into a worker-owned co-op.
